Flickrista has easily become one of my favorite web sites ever. I love Flickr, but I find I rarely have time (or patience) to search through the vast number of photographs at my leisure, especially to find fashion photography. Flickrista does the job for me and my desire is satiated!
When I saw this photograph, I was automatically drawn by it. It's Phreaking Phierce! I love that it's all about contrast!
The wild nature of the zebra print against the refined nature of the brocade upholstery and wall paper. The contrast of solid structure against the delicacy of the lace in the dress itself. The dramatic nature of the lighting is also beautiful in and of itself. I also like that it tricks you into thinking that you're looking at a Sepia tone photograph. I want a giant version to put on my wall!
