I absolutely had to choose Beyoncé Knowles for this week's Phriday Phace. This woman truly has surprised me over the past few weeks. Performing in Gareth Pugh? Alexander McQueen? I was not expecting to be floored by If I Was a Boy and Single Ladies finds itself being looped when it plays on my Zune. If you have not picked up I Am... Sasha Fierce, I really recommend that you do. It's such a direct move for Beyoncé to establish herself as a musical artist.
When I saw this spread in Gotham Magazine, I could not believe that it was Beyoncé! Does she have a little work to do for posing in fashion editorial? Sure, but she looks fabulous! Photographed by Tony Duran and styled by Kithe Brewster, the collection beings us fashion around the world. I am just obsessed with the vintage-France themed photos. I love glamour, french fashion and beauty and the girl worked it out! Excuse me... the woman! I've heard some Pholks say they're not ready for Beyoncé all grown-up. Well, she's here loves and she's Phreakin' PHIERCE!
